SOP:

1. Buyer issue NCADA, LOI, LOA

2. Seller Provide FCO / SPA

3. Seller & Buyer clarify SPA and amend accordingly for both parties to sign and agree with terms.

4. Buyer / Seller zoom call sharing POF and AH appointed reseller letter.

5. Seller will provide Proforma Invoice and Draft SBLC/LC

6. Buyer issue TT 5% deposit to seller for order confirmation with factory for the first month order only and SBLC/LC activation.

7. Seller will provide delivery schedule from Factory within 10 working days upon receiving SBLC confirmation.

8. Factory production starts (1st delivery is within 30 days upon SBLC/LC issuance)

9. Seller will provide readiness of the product.

10. Buyer shall provide SGS inspector details for seller to get approval from factory for the inspection.

11. Upon SGS inspection done, seller will issue invoice to buyer based on acceptance SGS report.

12. Buyer shall make payment against SGS via TT / Non-Transferable LC.

13. Buyer shall provide delivery location (Port or Buyer’s Local appointed warehouse).

14. Complete transaction

*REMARKS: - 1 month revolving cash backed SBLC as a guarantor will stay until the contract ends is mandatory - 5% deposit to Seller for order confirmation with factory is mandatory.*
